Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

* Unworn and unused.
* In its original condition.
* With all original tags attached.
* Free from stains, damage, perfume, or signs of wear.
* Unwashed and unaltered.
* Returned in its original packaging.

How to Request an Exchange

Please contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please do not send the item back before contacting us. Our team will provide you with the exchange instructions.

Exchange Shipping

Shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. SÉRAI will assist you with the exchange at no additional shipping cost.

Final Sale

Items purchased during a sale or special promotion are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.

All exchanges are subject to product availability.
