Care & Maintenance
To preserve the quality, texture, and details of your SÉRAI piece, we recommend the following:
* Wash gently with cold water whenever possible.
* Dry clean recommended for delicate pieces.
* Do not use bleach or bleaching agents.
* Avoid harsh detergents and long wash cycles.
* Do not wring or stretch the fabric after washing.
* Steam iron only when needed, using a suitable temperature for the fabric.
* Allow the piece to air dry naturally and reshape gently after washing.
Proper care helps preserve the fabric, texture, and character of your piece for longer.
For crinkled pieces, gently twist and fold the garment into a ball before washing to help preserve its natural texture.

للقطع المكرمشة، تُلف القطعة وتُجمع برفق على شكل كرة قبل الغسيل للمساعدة في الحفاظ على كرمشتها الطبيعية.

Delivery in Egypt
All SÉRAI orders are shipped within Egypt through our trusted delivery partner, Bosta.
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.
Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days, depending on the delivery location.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your delivery details and tracking information.

Returns

Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:
* Unworn and unused.
* In its original condition.
* With all original tags attached.
* Free from stains, damage, perfume, or signs of wear.
* Unwashed and unaltered.
* Returned in its original packaging.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please contact us through WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please do not send the item back before contacting us. Our team will provide you with the exchange instructions.
Exchange Shipping
Shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
If the item received is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and SÉRAI will assist you with the exchange.
Final Sale
Items purchased during a sale or special promotion are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
All exchanges are subject to product availability.
